Are you tired yet...

Of all my Bella cards?!?! Well I have a couple more to show you tonight and I hope to finish the rest before Sparkle decides to draw a name...YIKES!!! :D This card is for Bella & Sketch Challenge #44. Sparkle chose the colors Clover Meadow, Star Spangled Blue, Sunflower & Holiday Red. Before I even looked at the sketch, I had colored all of Superbella and was so crushed that I had to punch her out! Oh well, next time I'll just have to pay more attention.

I colored Superbella with my copics and punched her out using my nesties. I also punched out two more circles in Sunflower CS and embossed them. I added some ghost stars to my Sunflower circles attaching them with White Daisy Bigger Brads. On the Star Spangled Blue CS I embossed it with the Houndstooth CB folder...I really love this folder! :D I then attached the blue panels with White Daisy Bigger Brads and pop dotted my circles on top....easy peasy! :D

My next card is for Bella Color & Sketch Challenge #45. Sparkle choses the colors Twilight, Cranberry, Crystal Blue & Grey Wool. I really, really loved these colors!!! :D I decided to use Lattebella for this one. These colors seemed so perfect for the Holiday season, they just make me want to snuggle up with some hot chocolate! :D It's a pretty basic sketch, I did a little embossing using the Textile Texture CB folder and layering a piece of polka dot dp on it. Did some piercing and added some silver brads. I colored bella with my copics and used my rectangle nesties for the Silver Shimmery paper, and then tied some white twill around it and I was done! :D I didn't know what sentiment to use so I left it off, I'm sure I will find something perfect for it later! :D

Bella Color & Sketch Challenge #43

Hey there! I have another Bella challenge to show you tonight! For this color challenge Sparkle chose the colors Desert Sand, Black, Petal & Smokey Plum. I really wasn't sure what to do with these colors, but I figured it out and I really like the results.

Stamps: Daisybella (Stamping Bella) & Say It in Style (CTMH) Paper: Enchanted Dp (CTMH) & Desert Sand, Black, Petal & White Daisy CS (CTMH) Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black & Copics Accents: Mat Pack & Piercer, Black Pearls (Kaiser), Corner Rounder, Black Gingham Ribbon (Ribbon FX) & Pop Dots

I inked up Daisybella for this challenge with Brilliance Graphite Black stamped her onto White Daisy CS. I colored her with my copics and layered her on a piece of Petal CS. I then paper pieced around my image and added black pearls to each corner and center of the flower. Next I worked on my base which is a standard piece of Desert Sand CS. I then cut out a piece of Black CS and used my corner rounder to make scallops and used my piercer to make holes in the scallops. Next I layered a piece of Enchanted dp onto my Black CS and I also tied some Black Gingham ribbon around it before I taped it to my base. The final touch was to pop dot my image to my base and then I added a 1/2" circle underneath the top left hand corner of my image. I pierced around my cirlce, but you just can't see it in the pic.

Bella Color & Sketch Challenge #42

Hey there, hope all is well with everyone! :D I had time to work on another Bella Color Challenge #42 and decided to match it with the sketch challenge as well. For this challenge Sparkle chose the colors Cocoa, Star Spangled Blue, Topiary and Sweet Leaf.

I decided I would use Chefabella for this challenge. I've had her for a while, but this is the first time she's been inked (gasp!) LOL!!! :D I am really pleased with how this card turned out! I had my doubts at first, because I wasn't too sure about the colors, but I just rolled with it and think she came out great!!!:D Well I'm not gonna go too into detail with this one as I'm still trying to catch up on the challenges!!! Hey there! I've been trying to catch up on the Bella Color challenges!!! Sparkle has done 30 Color Challenges...how exciting!!! :D So here are Color & Sketch Challenges 23 & 41. I thought I would pair the sketch challenges with my cards as well, Jamie always has fabulous sketches!!! :D

First is Bella Color and Sketch Challenge #23. Sparkle chose the colors Clover Meadow, Hevenly Blue & Star Spangled Blue. My card is pretty basic, not much going on since it's a guy card and I didn't want it to be too froo-froo! :D I used my new Houndstooth CB folder for this card and I really, really like it! :D

Next is Bella Color and Sketch Challenge #41. Sparkle chose the colors Sorbet, Buttercup & Baby Pink. I used Eloise Greengrass for this challenge. I colored her with copics and I used two CB folders for this one, Swiss Dots & Floral Fantasy. I also added one of my favorite embellies at the moment, a ghost flower from Heidi Swapp and some ribbon from American Crafts...yummy! :D

Bella Color Challenge #40...

Happy Friday!!! Well I had some free time last night so I decided to work on the Bella color challenge. Sparkle chose the colors Black, Autumn Terracotta, Heavenly Blue & Kiwi. I only looked at the color challenge once and thought that Breeze was in there, but it wasn't and I only realized that once the card was already made. But I didn't have Heavenly Blue or Kiwi anyway so I used Breeze and Citrus Leaf instead...hope that's ok!!! :D I used one of my newest stamps that has yet to see ink...I-Wish-I-Looked-So-Good-On- A-Bike-Abella (whew...that was long). I think she is just super cute and thought should would looked great in these colors.

I colored my bella with my copics and added some sparkle to her with my Copic Spica Glitter Pen. I then used my mat pack to pierce around the whole image and layered her on a piece of Citrus Leaf CS. I did color her bike and little White Daisy flower with my blender pen and Kiwi ink pad. I then added some black pearls and a blue prima and white daisy flower with a black brad. Next I went to work on my base which is pretty simple. It a 5" x 10" piece of Bazzil Bling Black Tie CS folded in half. I just love the shimmer this CS gives...so sparkly!!! :D Then I added a strip of Breeze CS and Autumn Terracotta that I ran through my CB using the Bloomin Dots folder and placed it in the center of the card. Layered my image on top with some foam circles and tada!!!! Well I hope everyone has a Rockin Friday!!! :D Can't wait till the work day is over so I can come home and stamp!!! :D LOL!!! :D

Bella Color Challenge #37...

Happy Thursday everyone!!! :D I'm so glad the weekend is fastly approaching and I hope to get some stamping done. I still need to catch up on some challenges and I still need to get some cards done for my class next Friday...nothing like waiting till the last minute!!! :D

Well I think I am all caught up on the Bella Color Challenges except for the one that Sparkle posted today...so yay me!!! :D For BCC37 Sparkle chose the colors Outdoor Denim, Sweet Leaf, Grey Wool and Breeze. I had already colored Lattebella the other night so all I had to do was put the card together. I am really pleased with how this card turned out and I really love all the different layers!!! :D Well that's it for today! Bella Color Challenge #38

Hey there!!! I am back with a challenge that I had yet to do. It's Bella Color Challenge #38 and Sparkle chose the colors Grey Wool, Pink Carnation, Watermelon & Gray Flannel. I'm posting this in the middle of Big Brother...so this will be short & sweet! I colored Yogabella with my copics and matted her with a piece of Pink Carnation CS and then pop dotted the image onto a piece of Watermelon CS that I ran through my CB using the Swiss Dots folder. I then place the whole image on a piece of Bazzil Bling Tiara CS...adds such a sparkle IRL. Next I put a Pink Prima flower in the upper right hand corner and attached my sentiment...easy peasy!!! :D Thanks for stopping by and come back tomorrow for something new!!! :D

Bella Color Challenge #39...

Happy Friday!!! Wow, so I have finally completed a Bella challenge...YAY ME!!! :D I feel like it's been forever since I have done a challenge and it felt so good last night to work on one!!! :D Sparkle chose the colors Cranberry, Crystal Blue, Smokey Plum and Pink Carnation!!! I couldn't wait to use my new stamp that I got from Hope's Blog Candy...this teacup daisies stamp is just too cute! :D I colored the flowers and leaves using my Copics and I colored the teacups using my blender pen and Crystal Blue ink pad. I then outlined the image with my Cool Gray Copic marker and traced the daisies with my Copic Spica glitter pen to add some shimmer. The card is very simple, my base is Crystal Blue and I just added strips of Pink Carnation, Cranberry and Smokey Plum CS that I ran through my CB using the Swiss Dots folder. Placed my image on top and tada...it's finished! :D I may come back later with a better pic...there wasn't enough light when I took it this morning so it look a little dark to me! Hope everyone has a Happy Friday!!! :D

Bella Color Challenge #36...

Hey there! Just got back from church and lunch and thought I would post a quick card I did for the Bella Color Challenge this week. Sparkle chose the colors Sweet Leaf, Ocean, Holiday Red and Desert Sand. When I saw the colors I was like, " Desert Sand"?!?! I don't think I have ever used that color before, but I think I made it work!!! I might have to start using it more often as it is slowly starting to grow on me!!! :D

I used Desert Sand for my base and RS flowers from the Rustic Flowers stamp set also in Desert Sand. I then colored Cakeabella using my Copics & Ocean Ink Pad and Blender Pen. I matted her on a piece of Holiday Red CS and pop dotted her onto my base. I also got to use more of that American Crafts Ribbon I had on on this card as well and the sentiment is from the Cupcake A'La Yummy set from Unity stamps. Well I hope you are enjoying your Sunday! Bella Color Challenge #35...

So here it is, early early Tuesday morning and I can't sleep! My hubby and I were still so tired from the weekend, not to mention that I thought I was getting a migraine that we decided to go to bed early like at 7pm. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!! :D Now I'm up and can't sleep!!! I've still got a little headache hanging around and I've been tossing and turning for the last hour so here I am posting my card for today a little early. Hope you don't mind!!! :D

So for this Bella Color Challenge Sparkle chose the colors Chocolate, Heavenly Blue & Orange. I so loved these colors the moment I read them and thought they would go perfect with my Beerafella stamp for a great guy card!!! :D I did a very simple LO only using CS. Chocolate is my base and I layered a piece of Heavenly Blue on top and pierced both sides. I then layered a piece of Orange CS on top and added 4 White Daisy Bigger brads and stamped Happy Birthday down below. Next I colored my image using my CTMH markers and my blender pen and Heavenly Blue ink. I added some liquid glass to the ice chest for some shine {love it}!!! :D After I waited for it to dry I pop dotted Beerafella onto my base and called it done. Not sure who'll I'll give this card to, but there are three birthdays in September in my family (all men), my dad's, my husband and my BIL, so one of them will be the lucky recipient {LOL}!!! :D

Well I'm off to try and get some sleep! This will probably just make me more tired and I still will have a hard time getting up this morning at my regular time. Oh, we had such a bad idea {LOL}!!! :D Take care and thanks for stopping by!!! :D

Bella Color Challenge #34...

TGIF!!! :D I have quite a bit of work to catch up on at work today, but right after work I am going to pick up my nieces and nephew so they can come and stay with us for a couple of days!!! :D So needless to say we have a busy weekend planned. Since we don't have any kids yet, this is great practice! They are pretty active kids and keep us on our toes, it's gonna be FUN! :D

Well enough chitter chatter, let's get to the card!!! Sparkle chose the colors Topiary Green, Sunflower & Goldrush, so go check it out in the Bella Forum if you want to play!!! :D OK, so who loves square cards?!?!?! I do, I do!!! :D I just can't get enough of square cards and that seems to be all I ever do now. I figure why change something when you got a good thing going, eh?!?!? OK, so this card is a 5.25" card using Topiary TCS as my base. I layered a 2.75" piece of White Daisy CS on top of it that I ran through my CB using the Spots & Dots folder. My image is Lattebella, I just love her and I love coffee so it was a perfect fit!!! :D I colored her using some copic markers, my blender pen and CTMH Goldrush Ink and a CTMH marker. I also added some liquid glass to her coffee mug and used my Clear Copic Spica Glitter pen to add some sparkle to the flower in her hair!!! :D Then I just layered her on some Goldrush TCS and then again on some Sunflower TCS and pop dotted her onto my base. Added some flowers and a sentiment and called it done! :D I was totally supposed to finish working on the last two bella challenges last night, but got side tracked. I just hope I have enough time to come home and finish them because they are due by 8pm tonight...YIKES!!!! Oh well, if I don't make it I will still complete them, because I just can't get enough of the Bellas right now!!! :D Thanks for stopping by today, hope you have a great Friday!!! :D

Bella Color Challenge #33...

Hi there! I hope everyone had a great day today! I was ready to come home from work and relax. My house is clean, clothes are washed and my husband cooked dinner (he ordered pizza...LOL!!!) and it was great and at least I didn't have to think about cooking!!! :D Well I was finally able to complete Bella Color Challenge #33. Sparkle chose the colors Orange, Watermelon & Amethyst, and I absolutely just love these colors together!!! :D I pulled out Eloise Greengrass for this one. She's my favorite right now, I just love her fairy outfit and wings. I colored her with my pencils and markers and I added crystal stickles to her wings to make them nice & sparkley, aren't they cute?!?!? :D After I colored her I layered her on a piece of Amethyst CS and put her to the side. My card base is really simple. I cut a 5" x 10" piece of Orange CS and folded it in half. I then cut a 2.5" piece of Watermelon CS and ran it through my Cuttlebug using the Textile Texture folder and taped it to my base. I added some White Organdy ribbon to the Watermelon CS and then placed my image on top of that. I used Prima flowers and dew drops for a little embellishment and called it done! I'm not sure that I am 100% happy with this card, maybe it's the picture I took or maybe I am just tired. I may have to take another picture during the day tomorrow. Bella Color Challenge #31...

Hey there! I hope everyone's Monday went well!!! I finally got some new Bellas and I am finally catching up on the last Bella Color Challenge that Sparkle posted a couple of weeks ago!!! Here she is...YOGABELLA , isn't she cute!!! :D For this color challenge Sparkle chose the colors Chocolate, Sunflower, Sweet Leaf & Ocean and I thought these colors when together beautifully!!! Not sure how I came up with the sketch, just kinda floated into my head. I used Chocolate TCS for my base which is a 5" x 5" card. Again, I don't have to tell you how much I {heart} square cards!!! And then for my panels I used Sunflower TCS and then layered them with Sweet Leaf B&T from the Boom-Di-Ada papers. I then added some Chocolate polk-a-dot ribbon to the top of my card. Next I worked on coloring my image. I stamped Yogabella in Brilliance Graphite Black Ink onto White Daisy CS. I used Prisma coloring pencils to color her pants, hair & yoga mat. Next, I used my CTMH blending pen & Sweet Leaf ink to color her shirt and I used a grey copic marker to color her radio. The sentiment comes from the stamp set "Say It In Style" and I stamped it in Brilliance Graphite Black Ink. To finish her off I used some Prima flowers that Melanie gave me and a White Daisy Bigger Brad for the center. I was done with the card when I looked at it and felt it needed something else. I hate when this happens and of course I wanted to add brads. I really didn't like the fact that I would punch brads at the bottom and when you opened the card you would see them, but oh well I wanted them there so I have to deal with it!!! :D Don't forget to check out my Blog Candy giveaway! Bella Color Challenges #30 & 32...

Good morning, it's Saturday and the sun is shining!!!! :D Well I finally completed two of the three Bella Color Challenges that I am behind on. On Bella Color Challenge #30 Sparkle chose the colors Buttercup, Crystal Blue and Lilac Mist. Well the first thing I did was color my Bella image. I like to work backwards, most people pick out their paper first and then color their image, but not me! So I used some Prisma coloring pencils and a Buttercup CTMH Marker to color Eloise Greengrass in. I have wanted this stamp set for so long, she is just too cute!!! Well once I got my paper out I realized all the colors were a little too dark. So instead of using Lilac Mist I went with Petal. I used a bit of B&T paper from the Garden Party paper pack. For the piece of Buttercup CS I ran it through my Cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots folder {love it}!!!! Once I taped those two pieces on my card base I found some American Crafts Ribbon that went perfectly with it, and plus it had polk-a-dots on it, so how could I go wrong?!?!?! :D Now I wanted to use my NEW nestabilities that I have probably had for over a month and just barely used them last night. I cut a piece of Crystal Blue CS and embossed it. I then taped my image to the Crystal Blue CS and added some dew drops to the corners and pop dotted it onto my card base. Now that I am looking at the card I probably should have used some stickles, and I may just do that to give her some sparkle!!!! :D

So this next card is for Bella Color Challenge #32. Sparkle chose the colors Moonstruck, Cranberry & Dutch Blue. I had just gotten my Beerafella stamp set the other day and just had to ink him up. I colored him in using Prisma coloring pencils, Copic Marker & CTMH Moonstruck Marker. I layered him on a piece of Dutch Blue CS and put him to the side. My card is a 5" square card. I layered the base with Moonstruck CS. I then ran a piece of Cranberry CS through my Cuttlebug using the Happy Birthday folder and layered it on top of the Moonstruck CS. I added some 3-D Foam Squares to my image and layered him on top of the Cranberry CS. On the left side of the Cranberry CS I stamped Happy Birthday in Dutch Blue ink. Then I added two White Daisy Bigger Brads to the bottom right had corner and I called it done! This card will go to my triplet brother. Our birthday is in July, so I have one card down just one more to go!!! :D Thanks for stopping by today!!!! :D

Bella Sketch Challenge #30 & Bella Color Challenge #29

I'm back! I had a great weekend, but I am so glad to be home. There is just nothing like sleeping in your own bed!!! My MIL's bed is not very comfortable, but when we go to visit we stay with her. I shouldn't complain because we are only there for a few days, but it just makes me miss my bed!!! Ok, enough about that, I have finally finished some of the Bella challenges. I am behind on the challenges so I am trying to catch up.

Here is my card for Bella Sketch Challenge #30. This sketch was pretty simple and literally took me no time to put it together!!! I used Gardenbella and my new Prima Breathe Collection Paper. I colored her with my CTMH markers, I forgot my pencils when I was packing my stuff so I was limited on the colors I could do, but I like it and hope you do to!

And here is my card for Bella Color Challenge #29. Sparkle chose the colors Baby Pink, Kiwi, Topiary Green & Watermelon. You could also use Sunflower as an accent color if you wanted to. This is the first time this Bella has seen ink. She is Teddybella and isn't she cute, all Prego?!?! I used my blending pen and CTMH inks to color her. I used Baby Pink, Watermelon, Kiwi & Chocolate. For my base I used Watermelon & Topiary Green TCS and added some Baby Pink buttons to hide the line of the two papers. I got a wild hair after I had my card all finished I decided I would pierce a line to the sentiment which I NEVER should have done! I feel like I messed this whole card up and the line isn't even straight...argh!!! But oh well nothing I can do about it now, what's done is done!

Bella Sketch & Color Challenge #28...

Happy Monday!!! I hope you all had a FABulous weekend!!! I did nothing but relax all day yesterday and watch movies. I also had the chance to make a card for Bella sketch & color challenge #28. Sparkle chose the colors Dutch Blue, Outdoor Denim & Autumn Terracotta and I just loved the sketch challenge too so I couldn't help pairing these two challenges together!!! :D Well I think I followed the sketch ok?!?! The only thing I didn't do was add a piece of paper on the side of the main image...well so maybe I didn't follow it, but I just thought the flower looked better (he, he)!!!! :D This card will go to my niece who I think is SUPER! She does good in school and she's pretty good in Soccer too! Gotta run...but I do hope to get some stamping in tonight as there are few more sketch challenges that I want to do and Marjorie will have another color challenge as well....so stay tuned!!! :D

Bella Color Challenge #27

Hey all...I hope you are enjoying your weekend so far!!! I got back into Houston about 1pm today...so I am just a little tired. But my sister came over to make some cards with me and I thought I would do the Bella Challenge that Sparkle hosts. Sparkle chose the colors Pansy Purple, Orchid Bouquet & Pink Carnation. I really liked this color challenge...I thought the colors went real well together. This card is for my friend whose Birthday is in a few weeks. I added rhinestone brads to my scalloped edge. They really didn't come out all that bright in the photo...but that is what they are. I used my Spot on Backgrounds stamp again...I just can't stop using that stamp set!!! :D I paper pieced Bella's dress with the Polka Dots...it came out super cute!!! Bella Color Challenge #26

Good Morning!!! I am so glad that we are one day closer to Friday and the weekend!!! :D Work has been pretty crazy lately, but nothing I can't handle!!! I just want to be able to relax this weekend and get some stamping done!!! :D

Well here is my card for Sparkle's Bella Color Challenge #26. I know today she will post a new color challenge...so I had to get this done!!!! The colors you were to use are yellow, orange & a neutral. These colors are so bright and cheery!!! I decided to use Cosmobella for this one...she's one of my favorite Bellas!!! Nothing too fussy for this card...just plain & simple. I used Sunflower CS & Buttercup B&T. I also added some orange paper behind my Bella, but it was really close to my Sunflower CS...oh well still kinda goes...right?!?!? :D All that was left to do was add some brads, flowers, & ribbon!!! And there you have it...Easy Peasy Beautiful Cosmobella card!!! (LOL)!!! :D

A Cupcakeabella Thank You & Bella Color Challenge #25...

Woohoo...Friday is here and I am soooo glad!!! :D This week has just been super busy for me at work and home. I have been trying to find a dress for my company party this Saturday...luckily I found one. Our company is celebrating it's 20th Anniversary so we are having a dinner and Casino night...should be fun!!! :D My internet has been down at home for a while and I can't stand it. I hope it gets fixed soon b/c I want to post more this weekend. And your probably wondering if my internet is down how am I posting? Well...I got to work a little early so I am posting this real quick (shhh!) LOL!!! :D Well enough about me...let's get to my card. This card is for the Bella Color Challenge that Sparkle does. Check it out if you want to play!!! :D

The colors to use for this color challenge were Cranberry & Amethyst. I got this new Bella from Laurel for a RAK challenge she was having...so a great BIG THANKS goes out to her for this one!!! This card is a standard 4 1/4 x 11 piece of White Daisy CS folded in half. I used all CTMH CS for this card. I didn't have any cute dp to use so I used my infamous new Spot on Backgrounds stamp (love it) for the Amethyst CS. And I also used it to paper piece my cupcake liner. I also used another background for Bella's paper pieced dress (gotta love paper piecing)!!!! I used liquid applique for the cupcake frosting and used a red sparkle for the cherry. I added some brads, a prima & some twill I was done!!! Great color challenge as usual Sparkle...now I just need to finish Marjorie's color challenge so stay tuned!!! :D

Bella Color Challenge #22 & Bling Challenge

Good evening!!! Today's card features two challenges, one for Sparkle's Bella Color Challenge and one for Vicki's Bling Challenge (she is my SBS 11 Sister)! For the BCC the colors to use were Garnet, Goldrush and Baby Pink. I love how Sparkles uses the CTMH colors b/c that is what I use and it make is so much easier!!! If you do Stampin! Up she also posts those colors as well. And for Vicki's Bling Challenge you were supposed to make a card your choice, the only stipulation is that it has to feature some form of 'BLING'. Whether that be glitter, gems, sparkly buckles, anything you choose. So I used Cosmobella for this card!!! I had to substitute Honey for Goldrush b/c I didn't have any, but I think it's a close second. I added Star Dust stickles to her shirt and martini, and some Pink Rhinestones to the Honey Ribbon for the Bling Challenge. Well off to enjoy the rest of my Saturday night. See ya later!!!
