Happy Happy Friday!!! So glad the weekend is here and I can kick back and relax!!! I have a card class tonight and I am so looking forward to it!!! I had originally scheduled this class the weekend Hurricane Ike hit and we all know how that turned out. So I re-scheduled it for this weekend and I can't wait!!! I always have so much fun at these kinds of events...just lots of girl time, snacks, and chit chatter...just plain ol' FUN!!! :D Well I didn't get a chance to make a card last night since I was busy getting ready, cutting paper and cleaning house. But I do have a few RAK's to show you that that I got this week from a couple of sweet girls!!! :D

First off is the sweet card I received from Marjorie! :D It's so pretty and I just love this Hanna stamp and the colors are just perfect! I also love how Marjorie outlines in a white pen...so perfect! I've tried it and it nevers comes out half as good as hers! :D Thanks so much Marjorie for thinking of me and I'm so glad you are back to blogging again...I have missed all your color challenges and your wonderful creations! :D

An last but certainly not least I received a post card from Sparkle while she visited Salzburg, Austria!!! How cool is that?!?! She had a spa day while she was there and it sounded amazing! I so need a spa day...LOL!!! :D Lovin' all your creations while your away Sparkle, but Ican't wait till your back with us and with your stamps! LOL!!! :D

Hey, Hey, Hey!!!

Hey there...how was everyone's Hump day?!?! Mine was ok, I was about an hour late to work though! I could not for the life of me get up today. I woke up when my hubby came to the bedroom to give me a kiss on my forehead before he left for work (as he does every morning) and I woke up with a headache. Waking up with headaches are never good for me. So I fell right back to sleep when he left and good thing he called me when he got to work because it was already 7am and I was still asleep! I am supposed to be out the door by 7am, no later than 720am, and what do I do...I get off the phone with him and fall right back to sleep till 730am. I just could not get out of bed, my head hurt and I didn't feel like going to work. So I called work and told them I'll be late. Oh well I still have a slight headache, but it's not as bad as it was this morning.

Well I know you didn't come here to hear me blab, you came here to see something so much better, but I don't have nothing for ya'...nada, zero, zilch. (LOL!!!) I am still working on my swap cards and I just haven't felt like creating much of anything lately...I am so sorry! But guess what?!?! I still have something awesome to show you that I received from my good friend Laurel today!!! She sent me a birthday card with some OH SO FUN images and I can't wait to color them in!!! :D This card is so sweet and I just love every detail and I love how Laurel stitches on her cards...just beautiful!!! :D


And aren't these the sweetest images?!?! I can't wait to color that mouse sitting on that yummalicious cupcake, I just hope I don't mess him up cause I've got one shot to make him pretty!!! :D Thanks Laurel so much for these great images and super adorable card...YOU ROCK!!! :D

Well I have another reason to be excited...my Paper Pretties stamps were in my mailbox waiting for me....YAY!!! :D I just wonder how long they have been sitting there, I hadn't checked my mailbox since Saturday! Oh well...there here with me now and I can't wait to use them. I also told you about my new Bellas the other day and Sparkle asked me what I got so here it goes...I got Halobella, Globetrottabella, Daisybella (love her), Chefabella and I Can't See A Thing Abella (So cute)!!! :D I also got a few sentiments like Surprise, Hang in There and You're An Angel! I saw all the new stuff online the other day and I know I will have to place an order soon!!! :D Well that's it for me today folks!!! :D Anyone going to the Bella Back to School Bash happening in the Bella forum tonight on SCS!!! It starts at 730pm Central and it's gonna be fun!!! They will have challenges and prizes...oohhh can't wait!!!! Good evening! I have a something quick to share with you today. Liane sent me this sweet card, she was my blog candy winner!!! And the neat thing about this card is that she used most of her blog candy winnings to make it. Thanks Liane, that was so sweet of you, I really love it! :D

I hope to have something to share with you tomorrow. This weekend was my class and then I had a baby shower to go to and then we went and stayed over my brothers house on Saturday night. Sunday I did absolutely nothing but watch TV and sleep...I was so lazy!!! I didn't even feel like stamping, so I hope I can get back in the groove soon!!!! This week we are busy getting ready for our birthday party on Saturday and making last minute preparations...I can't wait!!! :D I got a new stamp in so I hope I can crank something out soon, I am one week behind in some challenges that I really love to do so hope I catch up soon!!! Lookey what I got in the mail today!!! I had sent Stacy some Bella images a few weeks ago and she was so kind to send me some Riley images...isn't he just the cutest?!?!?! I love both of these images and can't wait to color them in!!! And isn't the card she sent just the cutest too?!?! I just love the Swiss Dots background, but why am I telling you that...you already know!!! {LOL!!!} Thanks Stacy for sending me this lovely card and for the sweet note inside and for those AWESOME Riley images, you ROCK!!! :D Last post for today, I promise!!! {LOL!!!}

A Fabulous RAK...

Hey there! Wow, it has been one busy, busy weekend!!! I really don't know how I am keeping my eyes open to post this, but I really wanted to make this post this today!!! We took my nieces and nephew to the movies this morning to watch WALL E and it was a super cute movie...they LOVED it! Then we took them swimming at my dads and house and had dinner with my dad! They had so much fun swimming and I thought it would wear them out, but I was wrong! It totally wore me out and I know I will crash before them...LOL!!! :D

Well last night when I went to check my mailbox I had a key in there that they leave when a package is too big to fit in your mailbox. We live in an apt. so our mailbox is pretty small. Anywho, so I asked my husband if he was expecting anything and he said no. So when I opened it up I saw that it was for me and that it was from Carolyn Christie aka Kariberry!!! :D And if you haven't checked out her blog you should, she does amazing work!!! :D I got inside and opened it up and was absolutely floored!!! She sent me a pack of Cocoa Cafe papers that are retired from CTMH. When I became a consultant they were already retired so I never got to purchase it. But I kept seeing it around and have always loved it. Well she sent me some and I just couldn't believe it, I was over the moon!!!! :D She also sent me tons of images like Bellas, Riley's and I'm sorry but I don't know the names of the others she sent but they are a hoot! :D There are so many that I couldn't get a pick of them all. I know that took a lot of time to do so i really appreciate it!!! She sent me Bellas that I don't have and I can't wait to color the images in, I am super excited!!! In my package I also received some primas and baubles and a super cute card and I also got this sandal that I could write little notes on...so super cute!!! :D I can't thank you enough Kari, I am just so grateful for the generosity you have shown me!!!! Well thanks for stopping by everyone!!! I hadn't had much time to create, plus I have been so tired. I hope to get some things done after church tomorrow so stay tuned!!! :D

Hey there! When I came home on Sunday from my camping trip this is what I had waiting in my mailbox. It was a card from Marjorie and she was so sweet to put some Bella images in there too!!! How lucky am I?!?!??! I have already ordered most of these Bellas and they should be here tomorrow but I am just so thrilled to have these images in my hands right now I can't wait to make something with them, thanks Marjorie!!!! :D I am so happy to be getting some new Bellas, I felt like I use the same ones over and over, so I thought it was time to order some new ones. Hello!!! I hope your day went well, my was busy as usual. Sorry I don't have any work to show you, but hopefully I will have something to show you tomorrow. But I do have to show you some mail I got today!!! I was super excited when I opened it up. Melanie sent this to me for stamping some Bella images for her. Isn't she so SWEET!!! :) I loved this card when she posted it on her blog and I now I have it...I absolutely love it!!! The pic does not do it justice, the cardstock is so shimmery and the ribbon is so YUM! :D I also got some Prima flowers, some sparkle thingys, ribbon and then she stamped me some images of cupcakes and sentiments!!! How awesome is that!!! :D I love it all and I can't wait to use it Mel, thanks so much!!! :D Stop by Mel's blog and look at all her creations, you will love them!!! :D Well off to the mall to look for some sunglasses and then run around town. Under The Weather...

Good evening everyone...I hope your Tuesday was great!!! I stayed home today because I didn't feel well. I've been running a low grade fever, my body just aches and I feel very nauseated. I pretty much slept ALL DAY LONG!!! So I don't have any new work to show you but I do have this card that I got from Carolina. She is super sweet, has an awesome blog and creates some fantastic cards and alterable items. She knew I had just gotten a new camera recently and she sent me this super adorable Bella card...and I love it!!!! :D This card just SHINES!!! She used some metallic cs and also added some glitter. I love how she stamped the bella in white ink onto black cs...it just makes her pop! And I love the hardware she used...it's just fab!!! So thanks for thinking of me Carolina...you are too kind!!! Well I hope I get to feeling better...my new order from CTMH arrived today and I have lots of goodies to play with as well as Marjorie's Color Challenge!!! :D
